There is an increase in the number of incidents with gas cylinders explosions. 22 explosions have occurred since the beginning of the year. Two people died and five were heavily injured, the Bulgarian Agency for Metrological and Technical Surveillance said on 13th of July.
A total of 35 gas cylinder explosions occurred for the whole 2015.
The agency warns the consumers not to fill in the gas cylinders for household use at gas stations for vehicles as this is absolutely banned, may lead to overfilling the cylinders, which is the main cause for the tragic incidents.
The agency advises people to use the especially designated places for filling in gas cylinders.
