Wearing seat belts will be made mandatory on all buses, the speaker of Bulgaria’s Parliament, Tsveta Karayancheva, told journalists on 31st of August.
She explained that the change would be incorporated in the Road Traffic Act, and the adoption of reforms is a top priority in the new parliamentary season.
