21st of September is the International Day of Peace. It was declared a peace day by UN in 1981, and in Bulgaria it has been celebrated for over 10 years. Worldwide, there will be events dedicated to the protection of the right to peace today. In Bulgaria, the ceremony takes place in front of the Monument of the Unknown Soldier in Sofia.
