The prosecutors’ college of Bulgaria’s Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) accepted unanimously the resignation of Sofia City Prosecutor Hristo Dinev on 8th of June.
Emilia Russinova, current deputy City Prosecutor was appointed as temporarily acting city prosecutor of Sofia.
Hristo Dinev submitted resignation on 30th of May for health reasons. He asked to be released from the post of Sofia city prosecutor, but not as a prosecutor.
