The new session of Bulgaria’s Parliament starts on 4th of September at 13.00. As a rule, the first sitting of each session is opened with the national and the European Union anthems. It is expected that the political parties will then make their opening addresses.
The programme will include first reading of amendments to the Healthcare Law and three annual reports for 2017 - one of the Bulgarian Academy of Science (BAS) and two of the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC).
The programme will also include the ratification of the Agreement between the Republic of Bulgaria and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the avoidance of double taxation in respect of income taxes and the prevention of tax evasion.
