Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev, who has been in Estonia since yesterday (October 19) to participate in the Three Seas regional initiative meeting, has postponed his official meeting with Estonian President Kersti Kolulaid. The two heads of state had a telephone conversation today (October 20).
Given yesterday's meeting between the two in Tallinn as part of the "Three Seas" initiative, which discussed topics on the agenda of bilateral relations, as well as the "Three Seas" initiative, the presidents decided to postpone the meeting.
Rumen Radev: Greece and Cyprus are a natural extension of the "Three Seas" initiative.
The reason is the complicated coronavirus situation and the impossibility to implement all elements of the planned programme.
