Residents of the Bulgarian coastal city of Varna are gathering in front of the building of the municipality on 12th of November. Their dissatisfaction is directed against the 30% increase in taxes of old cars and the the raising cost of the Third Party Liability Insurance.
The protestors also opposed the introduction of the bonus-malus system.
