Two road accidents caused delays and disruption on Hemus motorway on 27th of November. A TIR lorry transporting mushrooms overturned on a section in the area of Elin Pelin, in the direction to Varna. Ministry of interior says the lorry was in the overtaking lane, lying on its side on the crash barrier.
The mushrooms scattered across the main and the overtaking lane. Traffic is temporarily regulated by a police officer. It will be restored after a visit by the National Revenue Agency at the scene of the accident.
200 m away from the overturned lorry, a passenger bus crashed into a car. The passengers were transferred to another bus.
No one has been injured in the two accidents.
