Voter turnout as at 4.00 pm in the second round of Bulgaria’s presidential elections on November 21 is 24.12%, Central Election Commission said.
The highest turnout is in 23 election region in Sofia – 30.03%, the lowest is in Kardzhali (Southern Bulgaria) – 12.97%.
For comparison, as at the same time last Sunday, during the first round of the elections, voter turnout was slightly higher – 25.72%.
