The second semi-final of Bulgaria’s Junior Eurovision 2016 selection process will be held tonight, 8th of June. The jury will select 5 from the 11 contestants to proceed to the final.
The jury members are Vladimir Ampov – Grafa, Tedi Katsarova, VenZi, Nora Karaivanova and the music producer Borislav Milanov.
Unlike the first-semi-final, at which all 15 acts were performed in Bulgarian, this time all the participants have the freedom to choose the language of the song.
Tonight’s show will be available internationally at 21:00 (Bulgarian time) on BNT World channel.
Bulgaria’s 2016 national selection consists of three live shows “The Children of Bulgaria are Super”: two semi-finals and a live final.
The hosts of the national selection show are Yoanna Dragneva and Dragomir Draganov.
The final will take place on 11th of June.
The winner and Bulgarian representative for Junior Eurovision 2016 will be decided by 50% televote and 50% national jury vote. The final will only reveal the representative. The song will be composed by the winner and professional composers. The song will be presented in a TV show by the end of September.
