Weather alert for hazardous weather was issued on July 10 for the whole of Bulgaria. Heavy rains and thunder storms are expected. The precipitation is possible to reach 80 l/m2 in Southern and Eastern Bulgaria. Code orange was issued for the districts of Varna, Bourgas, Yambol, Haskovo, Kardzhali, Smolyan and Blagoevgrad.
On 10 July, code yellow weather alert for most districts in the country and code orange for hazardous weather were issued for Southern and most of the Eastern Bulgaria.
