The 73rd edition of the International Technical Fair was opened on 25th of September.
The International Technical Fair is among the most prestigious business forums for investment goods and technologies in South-East Europe.
It is a 6 day event which will run until 30th September 2017 in Bulgaria’s second largest city of Plovdiv.
This year, more than 600 exhibiting companies from 40 countries will participate. The highlights include the latest products in the field of electronics and electrical engineering, energy and ecology, water sector.
The exhibiting companies focus on information technologies and robotics and showcase the latest generation of innovations in the chemical industry and the automobile industry.
40 innovative projects will compete in the Gold Medal Competition. Among them is a Bulgarian development of a European scale that can save thousands of cars from being banned for harmful gas emissions.
Nearly 45,000 visitors from the country and abroad are expected to attend the 10 specialized exhibitions.
