A protest rally took place outside the Ministry of Health in Sofia in the evening on November 10. It was organised by the left wing ABV (Alternative for Bulgarian Revival) party and the main reason for the protesters' dissatisfaction was the inadequate measures and decisions of the government in connection with the Covid-19 pandemic.
Assoc. Prof. Atanas Mangarov was also supposed to take part in the protest, but an address was read on his behalf.
Tensions briefly escalated when protesters were approached by people who support the government's measures. The quick reaction of the police prevented more serious clashes.
The protesters in front of the health ministry later joined those in the Triangle of Power. As on previous nights, traffic on Dondukov Blvd. and the intersection of Eagles’ Bridge was blocked.
