All of the 28 districts in Bulgaria remain as Covid-19 “red zones”, which means that the infection rate is120 or more per 100 000 people, the report for the week ending March 28, prepared by the National Centre for Infectious and Parasitic Diseases, shows..
The report shows that two districts exceed 1,000 infected per 100 000: Sofia city and Silsitra.
In Vidin, the number of cases are now 308 per 100,000. Last week, the infection rate in the district was less than 250 per 100,000 people.
Kyustendil is the only district, in which the morbidity has dropped. In all other districts, there is an increase in the number of Covid-19 cases compared to the last week.
