The first of its kind electronic space for charities, where payments are made only with digital money. The inventor is a young Bulgarian, Vladislav Dramaliiski. He was motivated to develop it because of the frequent cases of emptied bank accounts of people who transferred money for charitable causes.
Vladislav has considerable knowledge about bitcoins and is aware of their advantages and disadvantages He is the creator of the first website in Europe for donations through bitcoins, where people can transfer money only through pressing several buttons.
He says that in practice anyone, no matter where in the world is, can send certain amount of money, which could be less than one euro or could be a million, but without paying processing fees.
Not all campaigns however are suitable for fundraising through bitcoins. The idea is to support charitable causes, which even if not raising the full amount they need, they will be able to use the donation effectively.
For instance, if you want to buy 100 textbooks, but raise funds for only 50, the campaign would still be successful, Vladislav explains.
