BNT's "Donate Blood - Donate Life" campiagn ends with a blood donation session in Sofia

The national campaign initiated by BNT - "Donate Blood - Donate Life" - ends with a blood donation session in Sofia this Friday, 19 April, in the building of BNT at 29 “San Stefano” Street.

Anyone who is willing can donate blood between 8:30 am and 2:30 pm in a specially designated area by the team of the National Centre for Transfusion and Haematology.

The main goal of the national blood donation campaign of the BNT is to enhance the awareness, to explain why it is important to donate blood, to promote voluntary and non-remunerated blood donation, as well as to encourage active participation and a positive attitude towards the act of blood donation.

So far, blood donation campaigns have been held in Varna, Blagoevgrad, Plovdiv, Rousse, Veliko Turnovo and Bourgas.
