The truck, which broke down on the weighbridge and was obstructing traffic through Kulata border crossing, has now been towed away, the Customs Agency said.
As of 13.00 on April 27, the third weighbridge was working normally, but traffic remained very busy.
Wednesday and Thursday are traditionally among the busiest days for truck traffic through Kulata border checkpoint.
All weighbridges are working at full capacity.
For the past twenty-four hours, from 8.00 on 26 April to 8.00 on 27 April, 2301 goods vehicles passed through Kulata border checkpoint and were processed.

A kilometre-long queue of heavy goods vehicles formed early in the morning on April 27 at Kulata border crossing.
The reason for the slow passage of the trucks was that a truck broke down on one of the three scales at the weigh station at the checkpoint.
Only two of the Customs Agency's weighbridges remained working. The customs officers waited for the Road Aid Service to arrive on site to assist for moving away the broken truck from the weighbridge so that other trucks can get weighed.
The Customs Agency said that the other two weighbridges at the checkpoint were working at full speed, but traffic during the week and especially on Thursday was extremely busy and was the reason for the long queue.
Some drivers waited for more than 4-5 hours.
