Bulgaria’s representative in Eurovison 2021, Victoria, will perform in second semi-final tonight

The second semi-final of Eurovision 2021 will take place tonight, May 20, in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

Bulgaria will be represented by Victoria and the song "Growing up is getting old".

A total of 16 countries will participate in the second semi-final. Bulgaria’s representative Victoria is one of the favourites. This is evidenced by the great interest of the foreign media in Victoria and all the people who are here in the hall want to take a picture with her, to talk to her.

Last night, at the jury show, she performed her song in a brilliant way. So we definitely expect to get a lot of points from the national juries. 50% of the result will be decided by the national juries and 50% of the vote will be decided by the televoters tonight at semi-final 2.

It will not be possible to vote for the Bulgarian song from Bulgaria, but only for the rest of the participants. All Bulgarians in the countries allowed to vote will have the possibility to cast their vote for the Bulgarian entry. "It's very nice - I expected the whole thing to be much more closed, and in fact the anti-epidemic restrictions are very strict and we are all very careful, but there is this great mood, which I thought would not be this way, as in previous years, but still the organizers are doing really great and they manage to recreate really good emotions for us and I am very grateful that this whole thing is happening," said Victoria.

"I'm rather excited, because for the first time in so long I will sing in front of a live audience. And the other thing is - I've never sung on such a huge stage, and in front of so many people, so the excitement is huge and I am really looking forward to it. I hope everything will go well," she said.

“I would call on Bulgarians abroad to vote and support me, both me and Bulgaria, because when we all unite together, we are much stronger as a nation. And those who cannot vote, I would ask to send me their positive energy, so that I can handle this difficult task and huge responsibility,” Victoria said.
