Bulgaria’s Prime Minister Boyko Borissov met with the Prosecutor General of Russia, Yuri Chaika, who is on a visit to Bulgaria, the press centre of Bulgaria’s Prosecutor's office said on 19th of September.
The two have discussed issues related to security and counter-terrorism. The prime minister noted that the country is interested in Russian tourists visiting Bulgaria and thanked the services of the two countries for having ensured a peaceful season for them.
Borissov also talked about the trade and economic relations between Bulgaria and Russia and stressed that continuing their development is of mutual benefit.
The meeting was held in the Council of Ministers and attended by Bulgaria’s Chief Prosecutor Sotir Tsatsarov and Ambassador of Russia Anatoly Makarov.
