Bulgaria’s head of state, Rumen Radev, sent a letter of condolences to the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, after the tragic incident in the city of Kazan, in which many people died, including children.
The President expressed his deep condolences to the relatives of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to those injured in the shooting incident.
