Bulgaria’s Head of State, President Rumen Radev, on April 9, expressed his condolences to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the royal family on the death of His Royal Highness Prince Philip.
In the letter, the President stated that the Duke of Edinburgh would be remembered as a highly respected, active public figure and activist in the UK, the British community and the world.
