Bulgaria’s Prime Minister Boyko Borissov congratulated Joe Biden on his inauguration as the 46th President of the United States and Kamala Harris as the Vice President.
He wished them every success and expressed confidence that they would be good leaders. "I am looking forward to working with them and raise the excellent relations between Bulgaria and the United States to an even higher level, further strengthening our strategic partnership," Borissov wrote on Facebook on January 20.
