CONVOYS TRANSPORTING EQUIPMENT FOR MILITARY TRAINING IN SHABLA MAY CAUSE CONGESTIONS ON HEMUS MOTORWAY

Traffic delays are possible at sections on Hemus motorway because of convoys transporting military equipment.

The equipment will be transported for participation in the international military training “Shabla 2015”.

The transportation will take place between 18:00 on 14th of August until 6:00 on 15th of August.

The convoys will be escorted by Military Police units in order to ensure safety of the traffic.

The military training is scheduled to take place from 24th to 27th of August at the training area near the town of Shabla, North-East Bulgaria. It will include flying of military aircrafts and firing various missile systems and artillery weapons, Bulgaria ’Ministry of Defence said.
