The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 1,070 from 11,816 tests, data published on the National Information Portal on coronavirus shows on February 12.
670 were confirmed from PCR and 400 from antigen tests.
The latest cases were registered in the districts as follows:
Blagoevgrad - 40; Bourgas - 110; Varna – 65; Veliko Turnovo – 20; Vidin – -; Vratsa - 35; Gabrovo – 8; Dobrich - 7; Kardzhali - 9; Kyustendil - 37; Lovech - 6; Montana - 6; Pazardzhik - 52; Pernik - 22; Pleven - 54; Plovdiv - 93; Razgrad - 8; Rousse - 25; Silistra - 14; Sliven - 23; Smolyan – 16; Sofia district - 19; Sofia city – 258; Stara Zagora - 42; Targovishte – 4; Haskovo - 54; Shoumen - 28; Yambol - 16.
The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 228,044.
The active cases are 22,801
Of the total, 3,297 patients are in hospitals, 293 of them being in intensive care.
