Coronavirus in Bulgaria: 121 new cases

The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 121 from 1,207 (including 69 confirmed from PCR and 52 from antigen tests), data published on the National Information Portal on coronavirus shows on January 25.

The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 214,817.

The active cases are 26,929.

Of the total, 2,874 patients are in hospitals, 283 of them being in intensive care.

During the past 24 hours:

• 180 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 179,068;
• 24 vaccinated, bringing the total vaccinations to date to 26,143
• 9 Covid-19 related deaths, thus bringing the death toll to date to 8,820.
