The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 1,237 from 16,259 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on April 30.
639 were confirmed from PCR and 598 from antigen tests.
The latest cases registered in the districts are as follows:
Blagoevgrad – 65; Bourgas - 82; Varna - 116; Veliko Turnovo – 40; Vidin – 12; Vratsa – 17; Gabrovo – 19; Dobrich – 49; Kardzhali - 23; Kyustendil - 19; Lovech - 24; Montana - 21; Pazardzhik - 33; Pernik - 35; Pleven – 22; Plovdiv - 110; Razgrad - 6; Rousse - 60; Silistra - 26; Sliven - 32; Smolyan – 23; Sofia district - 47; Sofia city – 218; Stara Zagora - 54; Targovishte - 22; Haskovo - 29; Shoumen – 22; Yambol - 11.
The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 403,728.
The active cases are 49,048.
Of the total, 6,824 patients are in hospitals, 682 of them being in intensive care.
During the past 24 hours:
· 2,881 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 338,312;
· 26,923 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines, bringing the total to date to 803,176;
· 90 Covid-19 related deaths, thus bringing the death toll to date to 16,368.
