The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 1,708 from 14,888 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on April 24.
Test positivity rate is at 11,47%.
1,011 were confirmed from PCR and 697 from antigen tests.

The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 396,302.
The active cases are 56,599.
Of the total, 8,073 patients are in hospitals, 751 of them being in intensive care.
During the past 24 hours:
· 2,477 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 323,877;
· 18,423 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines, bringing the total to date to 716,940;
· 105 Covid-19 related deaths, thus bringing the death toll to date to 15,826.
