The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 2,517 from 15,297 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on April 15.
1,493 were confirmed from PCR and 1,024 from antigen tests.
The latest cases registered in the districts are as follows:
Blagoevgrad – 96; Bourgas - 161; Varna - 177; Veliko Turnovo – 62; Vidin – 18; Vratsa - 55; Gabrovo – 35; Dobrich – 97; Kardzhali - 41; Kyustendil - 34; Lovech - 38; Montana - 37; Pazardzhik - 76; Pernik - 52; Pleven – 66; Plovdiv - 228; Razgrad - 29; Rousse - 100; Silistra - 38; Sliven - 51; Smolyan – 45; Sofia district - 105; Sofia city – 599; Stara Zagora - 95; Targovishte - 29; Haskovo - 71; Shoumen – 53; Yambol - 29.
The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 380,576.
The active cases are 68,707.
Of the total, 9,685 patients are in hospitals, 807 of them being in intensive care.
During the past 24 hours:
· 3,647 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 296,998;
· 14,882 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccine, bringing the total to date to 605,377;
· 125 Covid-19 related deaths, thus bringing the death toll to date to 14,871.
