Coronavirus in Bulgaria: 418 new cases

The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 418 from 4,644 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on April 19.

130 were confirmed from PCR and 288 from antigen tests.

The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 386,381.

The active cases are 64,508.

Of the total, 9,229 patients are in hospitals, 783 of them being in intensive care.

During the past 24 hours:

· 1,441 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 306,678;

· 1,227 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccine, bringing the total to date to 638,443;

· 57 Covid-19 related deaths, thus bringing the death toll to date to 15,195.
