The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 4,207 from 17,947 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on April 1.
2,520 were confirmed from PCR and 1,687 from antigen tests.
The latest cases registered in the districts are as follows:
Blagoevgrad – 154; Bourgas - 235; Varna - 367; Veliko Turnovo – 112; Vidin – 17; Vratsa - 133; Gabrovo – 33; Dobrich – 104; Kardzhali - 61; Kyustendil - 65; Lovech - 88; Montana - 51; Pazardzhik - 91; Pernik - 71; Pleven – 124; Plovdiv - 344; Razgrad - 33; Rousse - 152; Silistra - 68; Sliven - 88; Smolyan – 45; Sofia district - 134; Sofia city – 1,138; Stara Zagora - 238; Targovishte - 19; Haskovo - 99; Shoumen – 78; Yambol - 65.
The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 342,633.
The active cases are 69,875.
Of the total, 10,093 patients are in hospitals, 772 of them being in intensive care.
During the past 24 hours:
· 3,869 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 259,561;
· 13,712 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccine, bringing the total to date to 472,443;
· 129 Covid-19 related deaths, thus bringing the death toll to date to 13,197.
