Coronavirus in Bulgaria: 462 new cases from 3,658 tests

The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 462 from 3,658 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on April 12.

The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 371,993.

The active cases are 71,317.

Of the total, 10,382 patients are in hospitals, 797 of them being in intensive care.

During the past 24 hours:

· 459 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 286,258;

· 1,600 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccine, bringing the total to date to 572,662;

· 67 Covid-19 related deaths, thus bringing the death toll to date to 14,418.
