The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 469 from 2,973 tests, including PCR and rapid antigen tests, data published on the National Information Portal on coronavirus shows on December 27.
The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 197,384.
The active cases are 80,519.
Of the total, 5,545patients are in hospitals, 523 of them being in intensive care.
During the past 24 hours:
- 876 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 109,742;
- 50 Covid-19 related deaths, thus bringing the death toll to date to 7,123
