On October 28, the demands of the protesters remain unchanged: resignation of the government and the Prosecutor General, introduction of electronic and machine voting at elections, reform in the judicial system.
Traffic in front of the central bank’s building, in the area of the Triangle of Power, was blocked. As on previous nights, the organisers of the protest made statements from the rostrum of the protest.
At 21:00, the demonstrators went on the procession to Eagles’ Bridge, where they blocked the crossroads.
Another protest this evening, at 18:00, organised by “Justice for Everyone” initiative took place outside the Palace of Courts in Sofia. The demonstrators demanded the resignation of the Prosecutor General, Ivan Geshev and insisted on serious reforms in the Prosecutor’s Office and the judicial system.
Another group of protesters gathered at Eagles’ Bridge at 18:00 and blocked the traffic at the key junction.
