Death toll in Bulgaria in the last week of October increased sharply compared to October 2019, latest data from the National Statistical Institute shows.
A total of 2,010 people died In the last week of October in 2019, while this year the number for the same period is 2,662.
This is the largest number of deaths in this 44th week of the year since 2015.
