Detained Swiss citizen to face Specialized Criminal Court
The case of the Swiss citizen detained last week at check point "Captain Andreevo" at the border with Turkey goes to the Specialized Criminal Court. A considerable arsenal found on that person included combat, hunting and cold arms.
Kevin Bakhli is charged with terror activity and illegal traffic of arms on the territory of Bulgaria destined for fightings in Syria.
The man was arrested by Bulgarian authorities on the alert of his own father followed by an international police search.
Bakhli who has a pure court case, is professional carpenter and has a career at the Swiss fire brigade.
All three forensic psychiatric expertises appointed for him showed that he was consciuos of his actions, hence he could be criminally liable for them.
