The new rules on EU cross-border payments will be discussed by experts and citizens in the House of Europe on 6th of March. MEP Eva Maydell will present the consequences for Bulgarian consumers from the entry into force of the new regulation. It will happen in December after the European Parliament obliges banks to align the fees for cross-border and domestic payments in euro and to make the conversion costs more transparent.
