On 23rd of September, the European Commission adopted 40 infringement decisions against several Member States for failing to fully implement legislation related to migrants.
Three infringement procedures have been opened against Bulgaria. The EC is sending two letters of formal notice and one reasoned opinion to Bulgaria. The three procedures are related to non-communication of transposition.
