The prosecution filed the indictment against the three defendants investigated for malfeasance, signing deals on adverse terms and mismanagement.
Former Deputy Minister Mihail Zortev will be charged with violating the law and issuing permission to a private healthcare institution to carry out medical activities that overlap those of Vratsa hospital, on its territory. As a result of that the hospital suffered losses to the amount of nearly 13 million BGN.
