GERB describe the presidential veto on Election Code changes as political

Prime Minister Boyko Borissov did not want to comment on the presidential veto, but said that when you take sides of one party constantly against another, you become a political leader, PM Borissov said on 25^th of February from Egypt, where he took part in the first meeting between the European Union and the Arab League.

GERB will most likely reject the veto and change the law once it is promulgated. The reason - the veto is on four groups of provisions, and GERB are ready to comply only with the return of the current preferential threshold. And yet, according to GERB, the President was misled that there are acts in the Code that can not be appealed.

Danail Kirilov, GERB: Undoubtedly this veto is political, in it, in the form of legal arguments, incorrect interpretations are actually reproduced. This is not the first case in which fellow lawyers, I think they do not mislead themselves, but want to mislead their other colleagues and the public.
