The “green zone” parking area will also be in effect on Saturdays, between 10am and 6pm, Sofia city council decided on November 12.
The green zone will be extended to include the residential areas of “Yavorov” and “Ivan Vazov”, starting on January 4, 2021.
The paid parking spaces that will be added in “Ivan Vazov” neighbourhood will be 880 and 210 space will be added in Yavorov.
Residents in the blue and green paid parking zones will be limited to two parking vignettes per household. Before this change was introduced, they could have three.
