Increased police presence on all main roads during the holidays

Bulgaria’s Ministry of Interior and the road agency are taking strengthened security measures ahead of the Easter Holidays. The Interior Ministry said on 25^th of April that there would be an increased police presence on all main roads across the country and around all big temples and churches.

In the next days, all mobile cameras will be operating on the roads.

In order to prevent congestions, traffic ban for heavy goods vehicles will be introduced on motorways and main roads from 16.00 to 20.00 on 25^th of April. The ban is in place until Monday, 29^th of April, including.
