The 22nd edition of the International Folklore Festival began in the South Bulgarian city of Plovdiv on 1st of August. In the next five days, participants from Greece, Italy, Romania, Serbia, Hungary, Mexico and Bulgaria will represent the beauty of their countries’folklore.
More than 200 participants from 8 music and dance groups will take part in this year’s edition of the festival.
The groups will perform at the square in front of the building of the municipality.
By Friday, there will be concerts on the stage of the Antique Theatre in Plovdiv as well.
