The Bulgarian petroleum and gas association is surprised by the conclusions about cartel agreement between the 6 largest fuel retailers in Bulgaria, the chair of the association, Andrei Delchev, said on 11th of October.
Bulgaria’s Commission for Protection of Competition (CPC) said on 10th of October that there was evidence of a cartel agreement between some of the companies. The ruling of the CPC cannot be appealed but the companies can present written objections within 30 days.
The association said that within this period it was possible the accusations against the companies to drop.
