Blanket of snow has covered Bulgaria. The snowfall in the western regions has already stopped, but it is still snowing in the remaining parts of the country.
The thickest snow cover on January 27 was recorded in Razgrad, Northeastern Bulgaria - 26 centimetres.
The strongest wind gusts were reported in Sliven, Southestern Bulgaria – more than 120 km/h and at the sea coast – up to 90 km/h.
