A man died after he was hit by a train on the route between the village of Cherniche and Peyo Yavorov station in Simitli region, South-western Bulgaria.
It is not yet known if he crossed the rail tracks incorrectly or if there was another reason. The investigation is continuing, the press office of the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior – Blagoevgrad said on February 17.
The identity of the man has not been established yet, the police added.
