He added that the next budget will have lower deficit lower than planned.
“The increase in teacher salaries is a fact and will continue in the next year,” Goranov said. “We promised Northern Bulgaria that Hemus Motorway will be ready and by the spring of 2018 it will be completed as project in the section reaching Pleven-Lovech crossing,” he added. He said the other issues addressed in the budget include social policy, improving the work of the institutions and reducing bureaucracy. "All this undoubtedly irritates and bothers our opponents who have to find meaningful arguments to oppose our successful policies," Goranov commented He noted that consumption and income in the real sector were growing and this was appreciated by the public.
