One worker died and four were seriously injured at a construction site accident in Sofia on November 24.
Fittings fell on the workers at a construction site near “Dimitar Petkov” market.
The incident was reported shortly after 1 p.m. Four ambulances were sent to the scene in 4 minutes.
A crane had to lift the fittings to remove the workers. Two of them were taken to the emergency department of Tsaritsa Yoana Hospital - ISUL, one is in the Military Medical Academy, one in "Pirogov" emergency hospital. The Ministry of Interior announced that it was a workplace accident.
