Bulgaria’s Prime Minister Boyko Borissov attended the opening of a new plant at a car factory in the town of Pazardzhik, South Bulgaria. It will provide more than 1,000 jobs. There are plans to have about 4,000 people appointed in the plant over the next two years. Borissov predicts more foreign investment in the region.
The new production facility will make parts for 9 million cars per year.
According to Borissov, it is extremely important that this project be completed on time. Because otherwise, all traffic from the businesses that are being built will block the city, he explained. Industrialization is already a fact, the PM noted and reminded that in the places where there are enterprises, until two or three years ago, there were meadows where people kept their livestock.
