“Such tragedies remind us how important it is to be united in difficult times,” Plevneliev said in his cable to Ivanov. “We mourn with you, “ the President added.
The Bulgarian Patriarch Neophyte also expressed his condolences for the victims of the disaster. “With unwavering faith in God's providence, mercy and love, we pray to God - to give comfort to all grieving and the early recovery of the injured," the letter said.
