Bulgaria’s President Roumen Radev sent a letter of condolences on 1st of November to his US counterpart Donald Trump over the terrorist attack in Manhattan, New York, Radev's Press Secretariat reported.
"The Republic of Bulgaria categorically condemns terrorism as means of achieving political goals and supports the efforts of the international community in the fight against all its forms," the letter said.
The head of state expresses the sympathy of the Bulgarian people to the families and relatives of those who died in the attack, as well as the hope for the rapid recovery of the injured.
